Every physical order ships with tracking. You will get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery options and estimated times for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Digital products (the PDF guide) are delivered to your email straight after payment.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. If something is not what you expected, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

• Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost to you.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received.

Age requirement

The Human Backup Kit, Complete Backup and Family Backup contain a folding saw and a multi-tool with a small folding blade. You must be 18 or over to buy them.
