Shipping & Delivery

BIBLE is a physical hardcover book, shipped to the address you enter at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: $11.00
  • Priority processing + shipping protection: $20.00
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $120 or more, including every order of 2 or more books.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You receive an order confirmation right away and a separate email with tracking once your order ships. During busy periods processing can take 1 to 2 extra business days; if there is a significant delay, we will email you.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times start from the day your order ships:

  • United States: 7 to 15 business days
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days

Tracking

A tracking number is issued once your order leaves our fulfilment centre. It can take 24 to 72 hours for the first scan to appear. If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact us through our contact page and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will send a replacement or refund. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first; if it is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Any order that has not arrived within 30 days of shipment is eligible for a full refund or a free replacement, your choice.

Incorrect addresses

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before the order ships. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery or an uncollected pickup are refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
