Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your book to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the book is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can make it right. In these cases we cover the return shipping or send a replacement.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Free gifts

If you return books from an order that included a free display stand, please return the stand as well, or the value of the stand may be deducted from your refund.

European Union and UK: 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
